OPCO® Conveyor Lubrication and Cleaning Systems

No matter what type of chain conveyor you use, OPCO Conveyor Lubrication and Cleaning systems will keep it up and running smoothly. OPCO systems are designed to mount directly to the chain conveyor. These systems provide oil lubrication of the chain as well as grease lubrication of the trolley wheels. Brush cleaning systems are also available. OPCO systems can be adapted or customized to meet your application needs.

OP-4 - OP-60004 (64K) Provides information on OPCO OP-4 automatic chain pin lubricator. Oil is accurately delivered via a pneumatically-powered and electrically-timed pump to each nozzle. The nozzles lubricate chain pins and links simultaneously. Includes standard components and specification data.

OP-13 - OP-60013 (113K) Conveyor C-Hook, Chain and Wheel Cleaner. The OP-13 Series Conveyor Cleaner is designed to remove contaminates such as paint, dirt and scale from chain trolleys, load bars and c-hooks. Each unit is tailored to the customers conveyor system.
OP-40 - OP-60040 ChainMaster LVL-40SA Kit (95K) Provides information on OPCO ChainMaster LVL-40SA electric conveyor lubrication system. ChainMaster Stand-Alone LVL Kits, are all electric lubricators kits that can be configured for a wide range of conveyor and/or machine applications where low viscosity dry film, conventional petroleum based, or synthetic lubricants can be used. OP-41A - OP-60041 (59K) Provides information on OPCO OP-41A enclosed track chain lubricator. A pneumatically-operated pump delivers metered amounts of lubricant to the chain pins and wheels of enclosed track conveyors. Includes specification data.
OP-52 & OP-53 - OP-60052 (65K) Provides information on OPCO OP-52 and OP-53 conveyor caterpillar drive chain lubricators.
